December 19, 2021CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!
to all of you who were involved in any way with this year’s program. It was a HUGE success with a recipient count of 349 families assisted, counting those who attended, those we made deliveries to and others who will benefit with the baskets that will be distributed this week. With the preparations started at the end of last year’s program to Saturday afternoon, the backing for this program has made a tremendous difference in the community and the attitude of many heading into the week of Christmas. The Giving Attitude of volunteers Friday was overwhelming and was equally matched on Saturday. Both days saw an outflowing of enthusiasm and generosity that was a joy to witness. We had great energy this year with many new ideas and had success with many new vendor contributions. I Want to really thank all the volunteers who worked out in the colder temps yesterday, way to show the Christmas Spirit!!!
Since I do not have every volunteers email address, please pass this on to anybody that was involved this year with my thanks (and mark their calendar for December 16 & 17, 2022!!).
