Joanne Bruecks Golf Sponsorship

 Dear Friends of Assumption BVM School,
We invite you to be a part of the annual Joanne Bruecks Golf Outing on Saturday, July 23, 2016 at Pilgrim’s Oak Golf Course in Peach Bottom, Pennsylvania.
This annual event honors the school’s former administrative assistant, Mrs. Joanne Bruecks. As the school’s administrative assistant, one of the most heartbreaking aspects of her job was knowing what a struggle it was for some families to afford Catholic school. After Mrs. Bruecks passed away in 2009, Brian Bruecks, her son who is an Assumption BVM parishioner and alumni parent, along with his devoted family, spearheaded the Joanne Bruecks Golf Outing in an effort to help raise money to keep Assumption BVM School affordable. Held every July near the date of his mother’s birthday, this golf outing has raised upwards of $6,000 annually.
This year’s tournament has been expanded to offer both individuals and business entities an opportunity to support this event. Below is a list of opportunities.
 Tee Sponsorships……… $200 (18 sponsorships available)
 
Signage will be placed at each tee box during the tournament
 Boxed Lunch Sponsor….. $500 (2 sponsorship available) Each boxed lunch will include your company or family name
 
 Bar Sponsor….. $500 (3 sponsorship available) Signage will be place on one of the 3 beverage carts during the tournament
 
Donations of merchandise and gift certificates are needed as prizes for the day of the event. Your donation will be prominently displayed, along with the business name providing you with valuable advertising. We will gladly pick up donated items.
