On August 12, 2014 Briley Contractors begin replacing the Concrete Steps leading from the Upper Parking lot to the Lower Parking Lot by removing the railings, which are safely stored for replacement, later. After all the old, deteriorating concrete is broken up and removed, a form will be constructed in which fresh concrete will be poured. The railings will be replaced and the steps will be ready for use. - - - and the first of four Major Maintenance Projects will have been completed and a safety hazard corrected.
