Please join us for the Solemnity of the Ascension of Our Lord Jesus Christ (Holy Day of Obligation). A Solemn Mass with Incense, Choir, Organ and Brass will take place at 7PM on Thursday, May 30.

The statue of Saint Michael was dedicated and blessed at Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church. We thank the generous contribution of the Camarota Family in loving memory of Michael Camarota. Saint Michael the Archangel, whose name means, “Who is like God?”, is one of the principle angels and captain of the armies of God. The Catholic Church venerates Saint Michael as a special patron and protector against the Devil. St. Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle! Also, the new pedestal for the Tabernacle was put in place and blessed previously donated by an anonymous parish family.

There will be a set of meetings to discuss the ABVM Parish financial situation in the beginning of June. The first set of brief meetings will be held at the end of each Mass the weekend of June 1 & 2 to introduce the topic. There will be a follow-up meeting for all parishioners on Wednesday, June 5, 2019 at 7 PM in the Parish Life Center for detailed discussion. Click on the title for more information.
