Children's Liturgy of the Word will not meet on January 1st. We look forward to resuming again on January 8th for the Epiphany of Our Lord

Monday, Jan. 2nd: In observance of the National Holiday, Mass will be celebrated at 9 am (no 6:30 am Mass). Eucharistic Adoration will be held from 9:30 am to 7 pm. The Parish Office will be closed. Confessions will follow the normal schedule over the holiday.

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!! to all of you who were involved in any way with this year’s program. It was a HUGE success with a recipient count of 372 families assisted, counting those who attended, those we made deliveries to and others who will benefit with the baskets that will be distributed this week. With the preparations started at the end of last year’s program to Saturday afternoon, the backing for this program has made a tremendous difference in the community and the attitude of many heading into the week of Christmas. The Giving Attitude of volunteers this week was overwhelming and was equally matched on Saturday. The entire week saw an outflowing of enthusiasm and generosity that was a joy to witness. We had great energy this year with many new ideas and had success with many new vendor contributions. I Want to really thank all the volunteers who worked out in the colder temps today, way to show the Christmas Spirit!!! Since I do not have every volunteers email address, please pass this on to anybody that was involved this year with my thanks (and mark their calendar for December 15 & 16, 2023 and our first planning meeting on September 6). If you have any ideas to make the program better in any way, please drop me a note with your thoughts!!! God Bless you and your family during this joyous Christmas Season!!

It’s time to prepare for Christmas! Volunteers are needed for decorating the ABVM Main Church for Christmas on Thursday afternoon, December 22nd at 4 pm and Friday, December 23rd at 8:45 am.
